The swimming pool in question has been renovated and expanded to make it accessible in both winter and summer.
The structure is therefore composed of a first pool located inside the building in masonry and a second pool with transparent cover for conversion to outdoor pool in summer.

The management of temperature parameters, relative humidity and CO2 has been fundamental for the success of the project, since it is a structure that needs a continuous control on the data to be in line with the regulations concerning healthiness. Enerbrain has installed its own system to ensure the necessary comfort requirements. Particular attention has been paid to relative humidity levels, managed by increasing the internal thermal load. It was also important for the customer to optimize energy management costs.
Considering the temperature differences between the various exposed parts of the building, it was crucial to design an environmental monitoring system capable of representing all the spaces. From the regulation point of view, in order to maximise the potential of the existing system, Enerbrain acted first only on the management of the mixing valves of the radiant circuits, and then went on to control the heat generation system as well.
