School of the early twentieth century, consisting of three main sleeves interspersed with 2 central courts. The energy management of the building is already very sensitive and attentive to the importance of internal comfort.

Project

The main objective set at Enerbrain was to maintain temperatures above 20°C during class hours and especially by 8 am. To achieve this, Enerbrain installed an environmental monitoring system in the most representative corridors and classrooms.
The 5 radiator circuits that regulate the different thermal areas of the structure have also been regulated. Thanks to the Enerbrain Algorithms and the use of Artificial Intelligence, the energy efficiency of the systems has been increased to further reduce energy consumption.
