Astri Shopping Mall, part of Astri Group is Enerbrain’s first project in the Nordics which after a successful pilot phase expanded into Fama Shopping centre.

The HVAC system of the shopping mall mainly consists of Full Air Handling Units (AHU), that serve the different areas of the building. Since October 2019 Enerbrain has been monitoring indoor environmental conditions in these areas and controlling the corresponding AHUs with advanced intelligence systems, which ensure that heat, cool and fresh air are delivered based on the actual operational conditions and needs.
The comparison between Enerbrain dynamic regulation strategy and the one of the existing Building Management System has proven the potential of Enerbrain to significantly reduce the use of electricity and district heating of the building, while maintaining consistently good indoor comfort conditions.
